Gum Rosin

Rosin also known as Greek pitch is a solid form of resin. This resin is derived from pines and other types of conifers. Gum Rosin we offer is semi-transparent and can be availed in various colours ranging from yellow to black and features a mild pine like odour. Abietic acid, an important resin acid is found in Gum Rosin. In the form of a crude raw material, it is utilized on a large scale across various industrial applications, mainly in the field of soap making, paper making, etc. It is also employed as a crucial ingredient in rubber adhesives, heat melt adhesives, and pressure sensitive adhesives among others.
